Katherine O Aesthetics is operated by KatherineO_RN. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean KatherineO_RN. “You” means a person who visits or uses https://www.katherineo-rn.com (the “Site”).

This Policy explains what personally identifiable information, along with other personal information, we collect through the Site, how we use it, the circumstances in which we disclose it, the choices available to you, and how to contact us about our privacy practices. Contact-Form Processing

Google Maps

The Site embeds Google Maps. When a map loads or you interact with it, your browser may connect directly to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, and information about the request or interaction. Google handles that information under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Moxie

The Site uses Moxie, provided by Moxie Partners Inc., for appointment booking and text messaging. When you load, use, or submit information through this feature, Moxie Partners Inc. may receive your name, phone number, email address, and appointment information. How We Disclose Personal Information

  • Service providers. We disclose information to providers that host, secure, maintain, process forms for, analyze, advertise, communicate for, process payments for, or otherwise support the Site and our business, to the extent needed for their services.

California Do Not Track Disclosures

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no single, universally adopted standard for how websites must interpret DNT. The Site does not change its behavior in response to a DNT signal unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out preference signals. The Site does not currently respond to GPC signals.

That collection is subject to each provider’s own technologies, account settings, and privacy practices.

The Site is intended for a general or adult audience seeking our products or services and is not directed to children under 13.
